Shuswap - On September 6, 2025, residents of CSRD Electoral Area G ( Blind Bay, Sorrento and Notch Hill) will be asked to vote on taxpayer funding for the area’s five community halls.

Each year, the Sorrento Retreat and Conference Centre selects a theme to guide its programming and community engagement. In 2024, the chosen theme was Nourish.

Building stronger, more resilient communities is a primary focus for us at the Shuswap Economic Development Society (SEDS) and through cooperatives we can foster economic growth and shared prosperity.

South Shuswap Rides – a transportation service that utilizes electric vehicles and volunteer drivers to help residents who don’t drive reach necessary appointments in other communitie.
